Normally, ordered products with regular size and weight will arrive within 7 business days via UPS or FedEx. We sometimes may use USPS priority or other shippers if we believe they will arrive faster than other methods without incurring significantly higher shipping cost. This shipping method also applies to freight delivery for heavy weight or oversized items. We aim to reduce your cost but speed your delivery. Shipments to Hawaii/Alaska/Canada may take longer period which might be within 14 business days normally. We will surcharge some of the items due to their oversizes and overweights, but we will inform you before we charge your card.

Some heavy items must be shipped via a truck delivery service shipper. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 15 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Also, shipping charge may vary from the fee apperaing on the check out screen, however, we will contact you to obtain your authorization before making final shipment.

We ship internationally.

APO address

We do not guarantee we ship to any APO address, but we usually do at a reasonably handling fee charge. Please email us or call us for a shipping quote before you place the order.

Expedited Shipping:

We will ship via expedited shipping methods upon your authorization at a surcharge that our shipper will charge us. If you have a certain deadline for delivery, please email support@megahanson.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request at actual additional cost. UPS Overnight and 2 Day Air are available. FOr some items, you may ask to ship via your UPS account.

Product Warranty

Most items sold by Megahanson come with standard warranty of 1 year time. We will specify the different warranty time in product description if the items carry longer period of warranty.

Return and Exchange

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping cost.

15% Restocking Fee

Depending on the policy of a particular manufacturer, return is subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Usually, if our vendor charges it, we will have to pass it through. If our vendor waives it, we will follow and waive a restocking fee as well.

The item must be returned in resalable condition, in original boxes only, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure proper credit. After 14 days, standard return does not apply, but you may contact the manufacturer directly for any quality or warranty issue. Please contact us before you decide to make a return.

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with www.megahanson.com , you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
